Powder: 10g/bottle * 2; Liquid: 7.5ml/bottle * 1
Instructions
l. The recommended condition of mix: temperature 23±1℃; relative humidity 50±5%
2. Dispense powder and liquid; suitable ratio of powder/liquid is 1.6g: 0.5ml
3. Use dry mixing pad and spatula; divide the dispensed powder into two or three parts; introduce each part to the dispensed liquid and mix with short quick strokes, then mix the parts together until homogeneous. Total mixing time shall be within 90 seconds.
4. Net setting time: 3.0-10.0 minutes(37℃)
5. Place the cement in the dried clean cavity and gently pack into position. To prevent the cement sticking to the instrument during placement dip the tip into the surplus powder on the mixing slab.
6. Once set- approximately 5 minutes after insertion in the mouth- the cement can be trimmed and finished. In case of cavity linings, clear the margin prior to placement o filling material.
Cautions
l. The composition in powder and liquid are irritating to eye. When contacting with eye, please wash the eye with large amount of water.
2. It is know that a small percentage have allergic response to eugenol. To reduce the risk of allergic response, please minimize exposure to these materials, especially uncured liquid. If skin contacts liquid or powder/liquid mix, wash skin immediately with soap and water.
3. Do not use zinc oxide eugenol cement as base for composite restoration as this may cause softening of the overlaying composite material.
4. Our product developed only for dentistry, and non-professional person don not use. Keep away from children.
Shelf life at room temperature is 2 years. See outer package for expiry date.
Store in cool and dry place, and keep away with sunlight or excessive heat.
Please close the container of powder and liquid bottle soon after use.
